Technical Questions

Do I need to logout from each course or library resource session?

Yes, because 1) it will prevent you from login into another computer and 2) other personnel can access your account and interfere with your progress. When you are ready to end your VBI session select ‘Logout’ option located on the top right-hand side of each page.

Can I access VBI’s courses and learning library without being online?

No, VBI’s courses are interactive thereby providing instant feedback on questions, as well as videos, illustrations, animations and access to many other online resources.
